3 great weekend habits for you

Respect your sleep in the weekend!
It is said that the weekend time is value to all who work or focus on family activities. However the important thing that we should have some specific activities to make our weekend to be completed. There is also the opinion said that to have a save flight to tomorrow, you have done the things needed from today. Base on this, we understand that weekend is not the leisure time completely. There are something we should do also to prepare for a new week if we do not want to step to the new days with the mood depressed. And there are at least 3 great weekend habits are useful for you to considerate.

1.      Respect your sleep

It sounds so fun when we consider that should we respect our sleep. The truth is that not all people who get enough sleep all days because of work or study. So the time in the weekend is the best chance for us to make our body at least one time per week to be fully filled energy with the nice sleep. It also make us to be fresher. Getting enough sleep in the weekend also helps our mind to be more clear about the things forward in the next days. 

2.      Save time for reviewing

This is the habit that many people who throw away. Not much people review the past week if there is not the important problem that he or she needs to look back because of the days after. The experts who works in many fields suggest that we should have time for reviewing the things we have done. This is the best way to see clearly that how we acted and thought. The habit shows us also the experience and success or fail. Success brings us the nice experience to make the future things to be better. And the fail at least helps us to avoid repeating it again in the days after. It is so value for us both work and other things in our life. Review something always teach us different lessons more than waste our time surely.

3.      Sunday night is the planning time

Many people have their habit to waste all weekend time for leisure because they consider that it should be like that because it is the weekend. The problem is that after a leisure time we have to face with the new days conveyed many things and sometimes it maybe contains the old problem from the old days. We may see the problem that, it is serious if we do nothing next after leisure time. Avoid the boring beginning for the new week, absolutely we should save some hour event just some minutes in the Sunday night to plan the things needed for the new week. Do this and you will see how lightly your new week starts.

Having the new week with the nice mood fully filled energy, do not put aside the viewing time or planning minutes for new days. Sometimes we spend just some minutes to do that but the thing we gain is for a week long and even there is a nice chance for us that we realize wisely in the new week to change our life  who knows!
